Meetings & Incentives provides customers access to our full service in-house air department, which offers the lowest possible fares through a combination of blocked space, waivers, group, zone, corporate, bulk and travel partnership agreements. Once our air department has secured contractual agreements with each participating airline for a specific event, the discounts are loaded into the airline reservations (CRS) and quality control systems to guarantee the lowest available fare is applied to each ticket purchased. The system also monitors bookings in the event that airfares drop resulting in additional savings opportunities.

Our tenured air agents undergo advanced training in group air products, international booking processes, and other travel-related best practices. M & I's team of dedicated agents ensure itineraries are booked and tickets issued within 48 hours of submission of each attendee's registration, thus capitalizing on advanced-purchase opportunities.
We retain an after-hours emergency service when last-minute or unexpected changes occur. In addition to our pre-meeting airline reservation services, M & I can also provide on-site air agents with immediate access to attendee passenger records for on-site reservation changes.

When an attendee has to cancel a trip and the airfare purchased is non-refundable, our air and registration agents enter a notation into our systems that a credit for the unused airfare is available. The next time that attendee registers for a meeting they are prompted to use the available airfare credit rather than purchasing another airfare.

M & I provides customers with a variety of individual meeting air reports including arrival and departure manifests, ground summary, fare savings, transaction, variance, and contract utilization reports. To support our customers' Strategic Meeting Management Programs (SMMP's), we also offer cross-event air reporting which illustrates spend and savings over multiple events.
