Most Creative Solution Deployed to Overcome Adversity
The SITE Crystal Award is the highest honor in the incentive travel industry. M&IW won for successfully rebooking a program whose destination was hit by a hurricane one day before arrival.
2025 Toyota Motor North America Innovation Award
M&IW’s second award from Toyota Motor North America was earned by our consulting division, Intent Strategy Group, for elevating reporting and business insights through event analytics dashboards.

Meetings & Incentives Worldwide’s first recognition from Toyota Motor North America was awarded for excellence in Strategic Meetings Management, event sourcing, and technology administration and analytics.
2022 Merck Power of Inclusion Award – Diverse Partner of the Year
The award from Merck recognized M&IW as an economic inclusion and supplier diversity champion. Winners were selected by Merck leadership for their commitment to making a positive impact.
2017 Abbott SMART Partner of the Year Award
M&IW received this award for designing, building, and executing a global SMM program for sourcing. Results included reducing labor hours by 40% and enhancing cost savings by 33% across all hotel brands.
2014 Cvent Excellence Award – Power of the Platform
Meetings & Incentives Worldwide’s second consecutive award from Cvent was in the Power of the Platform category, recognizing M&IW for leveraging multiple solutions to exceed customer goals and drive immeasurable value.
2014 Governor's Trailblazer Award – Torchbearer
In 2014, Tina Madden and Jean Johnson received the Torchbearer award honoring women-owned family businesses. The Wisconsin Governor’s Trailblazer Awards recognize the leading role women-owned businesses play in the economy.
2013 Cvent Excellence Award – Savvy Sourcing
M&IW, then just Meetings & Incentives, won the Savvy Sourcing category for the inaugural Cvent Excellence Awards, then called the Planner Awards. The award recognized excellent use of Cvent’s sourcing technology.
2012 GE HealthCare Supplier Collaboration Award
M&IW was recognized by GE HealthCare for excellent customer service, consistently reducing hotel rates, collaboratively addressing compliance, and going above and beyond in handling special events with a high degree of care.
