57 years after starting as a small travel agency, Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) continues to transform organizations through the power of human connection. As a leader in the meetings and events industry, we are passionate about providing superb service and unforgettable experiences, and we take great pride in our track record of impactful results. 2024 has seen us SOAR to new heights, and after 57 incredible years, we can’t wait to see where the next year takes us.

About Meetings & Incentives Worldwide

M&IW is a women-owned event agency specializing in planning meetings, conferences, and incentives of all scales worldwide. We have 350+ employees and operate events in over 90 countries.

We provide customizable event solutions ranging from end-to-end to a la carte, with a focus on integrating neuroscience and sustainability principles in events. We also develop strategies across events to provide visibility, efficiency, and savings.

M&IW is a third generation, privately held, certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE). We serve industries such as life sciences, technology, financial services, manufacturing, insurance, and more.

Event Sustainability

As longtime champions of sustainable practices both within our organization and for our customers’ events, we are proud to have received a Bronze Medal for our EcoVadis Sustainability Rating last month. This accomplishment places us in the top 35% of rated companies, proving that when it comes to event sustainability, we back our words up with action.

Event Technology

With our new Vice President of Event Technology, Kimberly Stone, joining the M&IW team earlier this year, we have elevated our event tech offerings like never before and have no plans to stop. It’s not just about introducing the next big thing. It’s about creating frictionless attendee journeys, embracing innovation with purpose, and providing business-relevant data.

“The shining star for event tech is leveraging attendee data in smart ways that enhance and inform interactions throughout the event lifecycle,” said Kimberly. “Our customers have indicated that the user experience is the most important element of event technology. Knowing that our customers are prioritizing the attendee experience aligns with our passion for the human side of what event technology empowers us to do at events.”

Neuroscience-Based Event Design

We are leading the industry in designing brain-friendly events with our innovative, neuroscience-based approach to event design. The experiences we create engage attendees in ways that generate moments for deeper thinking, greater connection, and improved retention—all of which improves the attendee experience and increases customers’ return on investment.

“We are very excited to have kicked off our Neuroscience of Event Design initiative,” said Jeanette Davis, Director of Customer Success. “This is a company initiative that is so beneficial for our customers, and we’re already hearing success stories of how the M&IW team has incorporated their neuroscience training into the events they are executing.”

Incentive Travel

Interest in incentive travel programs has exploded in recent years, particularly for high-end, luxury experiences. Our Incentives & Engagement (I&E) team has grown accordingly to accommodate the increased demand. With more team members than ever before, our I&E experts are delivering unforgettable experiences for both group and individual incentive travel participants around the world.

You may know M&IW is a full-service event agency, but did you know we have two unique divisions to maximize your M&E program?

Flow Creative Agency

Flow is our marketing and creative services agency designed to bring your ideas to life. No matter the program type or size, our team of marketers and graphic designers collaborate with you to understand, create, and communicate your brand vision.

Since first launching in 2021, the Flow team has more than doubled in size, and we have expanded our offerings to regularly produce multimedia deliverables like videos and animations in addition to digital and print pieces.

Intent Strategy Group

Intent Strategy Group (ISG) is M&IW’s independent consulting division that provides holistic solutions for Strategic Meetings Management and related technology initiatives. Whether consulting on enterprise-level strategies or business intelligence solutions, ISG’s consultants provide customized, user-friendly solutions.

In the next year, ISG is increasing its focus on event technology, business intelligence, and data analytics to continue helping customers make informed decisions and increase efficiencies.

“Our customers continue to evolve and mature while also wanting to be innovative with their overall meetings program,” said Angie Duncan Callaway, Sr. Director of ISG. “Strategy is often put on the backburner within organizations, but not with ISG—we live in strategy.
