Caledonia, Wisconsin (January 22, 2025) – Global event agency Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW) recently hired Kelly Peiffer, MBA, as the company’s new Business Development Director. With 20+ years in the meetings, events, and incentives industry, Peiffer previously served as the Director of National Accounts for the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA). She also recently served as the president of Destination Reps; over the years, she has been actively involved with other industry organizations including PCMA, MPI, and SITE.

“I’m excited to join a women-owned organization with such a well-established reputation,” said Peiffer. “I share M&IW’s belief in the power of human connection and look forward to strengthening and building M&IW’s relationships on a global scale.”

Peiffer brings strong industry relationships of her own to this role. In addition to her previous position with the LVCVA, she also held roles at Visit Seattle and Visit Milwaukee and managed global events with the World Allergy Organization. In her words, she has worked with “every type of client in every geographic region” around the world, giving her a broad scope of experience that will prove invaluable to both new and existing M&IW customers.

One of Peiffer’s primary focuses in her first year will be growing M&IW’s business in enterprise accounts and large-scale events such as conferences and trade shows.
