Meetings & Incentives Worldwide Welcomes Trish Kelk, HMCC, as Associate Director of Attendee Experience

Caledonia, WI (July 22, 2025) – Global event agency Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW) recently hired Trish Kelk, HMCC, as the company’s new Associate Director, Attendee Experience. With a diverse background ranging from television and film production to business operations, Kelk joins M&IW from Impact XM. There, she drove bold, immersive experiences from concept to execution and supported event journeys in both frontline and leadership roles.

“I had heard great things about M&IW from colleagues and clients—praise not just for the exceptional service, but also for the strong, positive culture,” said Kelk. “Working in events can be high-pressure, so it was important to me to be part of a team that remains supportive and collaborative, even in the most demanding moments.”

M&IW’s Attendee Experience (AE) team works cross-functionally with event stakeholders and other M&IW teams to ensure an exceptional experience for attendees.

As associate director, Kelk will champion a guest-first approach that prioritizes passionate hospitality and strategically integrates innovative, user-friendly technologies and registration solutions. In addition to enhancing internal and customer-facing processes, Kelk will lead the AE training programs and mentorship initiatives to foster excellence across the team. She will also play a critical role in M&IW’s continued expansion of AI as the company prepares to introduce AI integration to registration processes.

Kelk assumes her role from M&IW’s director of event experience and interim director of attendee experience, Lisa Twardowski, CMP.

“Trish was chosen based on input from the Attendee Experience team managers as well as members of the executive and leadership teams,” said Twardowski. “We were unanimously impressed with her ability to bridge the gaps between creativity, logistics, and strategy, all while providing the personal touch that M&IW is known for.”
