Meetings & Incentives Worldwide’s Intent Strategy Group Wins 2025 Innovation Award from Toyota Motor North America

Caledonia, WI (May 15, 2025) Intent Strategy Group (ISG), the consulting division of global event agency Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW), was awarded the 2025 Innovation Award from Toyota Motor North America (Toyota). The award was given at Toyota’s 2025 Indirect Procurement Supplier Conference, also known as SupplierCon, in Dallas, TX.

“Receiving an Innovation Award holds special significance,” said a Toyota representative. “Innovation is central to Toyota’s global efforts as we continue to evolve as a mobility company. We welcome challenging the status quo, collaborating across boundaries, and continuous improvement. It’s for these reasons ISG shone this past year.”

The award comes after ISG revitalized Toyota’s event analytics dashboards to elevate reporting and business insights. The project was spearheaded by Lead Business Intelligence Consultant Laura Rog.

“I recognized the opportunity to simplify how the data was both collected and displayed while strategically prioritizing dataflows,” said Rog. “The original dataflows pulled from multiple sources, making them difficult to navigate. Consolidating key event data into a single, cohesive view and incorporating dynamic filters resulted in greater flexibility, clearer insights, and a cleaner, more on-brand experience.”

“Our SMM benefits from actionable data, and [ISG] quickly jumped in to critically look at workflow, visuals, and general organization,” added the Toyota representative. “This was a lot of work, and the result is excellent.”

Rog was joined at SupplierCon by Angie Duncan Callaway, Sr. Director of Intent Strategy Group, as they accepted the award on behalf of the entire ISG team.

“Winning the Innovation Award is incredibly gratifying,” said Rog. “I’m honored by the recognition and grateful for the amazing partnerships that made this possible. This experience pushed me to elevate my approach, and I’m excited to continue embracing the kaizen mindset of continuous improvement.”
