Our #OneTeam Culture Shines at the 2024 M&IW Summit!

GLOBAL GIVEBACK

Launched in 2014, our Global Giveback program fosters a culture of giving while engaging all of our employees around the world. Over the years, we have supported causes such as Relay for Life, Make-A-Wish, Rise Against Hunger, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. In addition to the company-wide program, employees are encouraged to make a difference in their own communities with up to eight paid volunteer hours per year.

Sustainability

We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of events around the world. Our Sustainability Champion leads M&IW in promoting sustainable practices at events, and we are proud to offer a travel emissions calculator for events to measure and manage carbon emissions. Other sustainable differentiators include food donation programs, emissions offset solutions partnerships, waste diversion practices, and more.

Our DEIB team leads M&IW in supporting and celebrating historically oppressed peoples including but not limited to Black, Brown, and AAPI people; the LGBTQ+ community; and people with disabilities.
