M&IW Announces Free LinkedIn Live Event Focused on Event Emergency & Safety Strategies

Caledonia, WI (October 1, 2025) — Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW), a global leader in event management, is pleased to announce the opening of registration for its upcoming LinkedIn Live event, “Event Emergency Preparedness: What to Know for 2026.” Scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, at 11:00 a.m. CT, this live, interactive session is free to attend.

Led by M&IW’s CEO Tina Madden and Vice President of Event Management Services Jill Gallagher, MMP, the event will tackle the latest challenges and highlight actionable strategies in event safety. Attendees will gain insights from real-world case studies and learn practical applications to better mitigate risks and protect participants.

Key topics to be addressed include:

  • The critical importance of emergency planning.
  • Recent shifts in event safety strategies.
  • Strategic recommendations for effective preparedness and risk management.

Tina Madden, CEO, M&IW

Tina Madden brings more than 25 years in the travel and meetings industry to her current role as CEO. She is a visionary leader who inspires her talented team through her creativity and contagious energy. She is focused on growth, talent, innovation, and excellence. Her passion is culture, customer experience, and travel, and she believes events and other engagement strategies transform organizations.

The daughter of M&IW’s founder, Tina grew up in the family business and previously served as CFO, Chief Customer Officer, and Co-CEO alongside her sister, Jean Johnson. Prior to joining M&IW, she had a successful career with a full-service CPA firm in downtown Milwaukee.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is married with two beautiful children. A member of WBENC and YPO who is activity involved in the industry, Tina was named CFO of the Year by the Milwaukee Business Journal in 2014 and, along with her sister, received the Governor’s Trailblazer Award for Women in Business the same year.  

Jill Gallagher, MMP, Vice President of Event Management Services

Jill Gallagher serves on the executive team of Meetings & Incentives Worldwide as the Vice President of Event Management Services. She leads the Event Experience, Attendee Experience, and Group Air Travel teams. She leverages passion and experience to develop a customer-centric culture of accountability, enthusiasm, service excellence, and creativity through innovation and inspiration.

Possessing a rare combination of leadership capability, functional expertise, future focus, and, most of all, heart, Jill is an event industry veteran who’s passionate about inspiring people to believe and achieve. Her greatest pleasure is nurturing others to blossom and flourish.

Jill has led corporate, agency, and client teams successfully in the development and execution of inspirational live and digital programming, particularly in the biopharma market. Her hard-working, genuine, entrepreneurial spirit is firmly rooted in her youth as a child of Midwestern small business owners. She strives to create raving fans of her customers and coworkers and to continually improve everything she touches by fixing things before they are broken. Her greatest personal passion is motherhood.
