Meet the 2022 M&IW Summit Sponsors: Everest Edition
Our signature event, the M&IW Summit, wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. This year, we are especially grateful to our Everest Sponsors, the top-tier suppliers who are joining us on our Journey to World Class. These incredible organizations are truly taking events to great heights (they are Everest Sponsors, after all). Learn more about them in their Q&As below.

This year’s M&IW Summit theme is Journey to World Class. How are you currently elevating your business?
As a leader in the event technology space, we’re deeply committed to delivering the innovative solutions and best-in-class support that our customers need to deliver world class events, so the “journey to world class” theme resonates. By elevating our customers through our technology—by helping them maximize the impact of their events, by helping them prove ROI, by giving them a seat at the table—we’re in turn elevating our business.
What are some of the trends or changes you are seeing in your space?
The meetings and events space changed practically overnight when we were forced into a virtual event environment at the start of the pandemic. Today, we’re seeing the long-term impact—and opportunity—from the digital transformation over the last 2+ years. We’re seeing the increasing return of in-person experiences balanced with the desire to deliver unique virtual and hybrid events for more opportunities to engage and interact. We’re seeing the need for solutions that enable people to do more with less, which is why we’re seeing technology take a central role in helping organizations plan, manage, and execute all event types. Technology is powering an organization’s Total Event Program.

Our creative team comes to the conversation not just having read your RFP. We take the time to understand the big picture—getting to know your company and its culture. Then we ask a lot of questions that start with “why” to deepen our understanding your goals, both company and event. The reason? Creative ideas are most effective when grounded in a strategic purpose. It’s what drives performance and satisfaction long after your event is over.
