Caledonia, WI (June 11, 2025) — Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW), a global leader in event management, has been named a finalist for the 2026 Cvent Excellence Awards, Cvent’s annual customer awards program celebrating the bold ideas, brilliant execution, and measurable results shaping the future of meetings and events.

M&IW is nominated in the Pivotal Partner category recognizing the organizations that make the Cvent ecosystem their competitive edge to deliver standout customer experiences with undeniable results.

“We are honored to be named a finalist and to celebrate our partnership with Cvent,” said Kimberly Stone, Vice President, Technology & AI, M&IW. “Our partnership is rooted in a mutual commitment to innovation and accountability, leveraging technology not for its own sake but to drive smarter decisions, elevate the attendee experience, and deliver tangible business results.”

About M&IW and Cvent’s Partnership

For more than 15 years, M&IW and Cvent have shared a close partnership.

“Cvent is an integral part of our business, and our team has deep Cvent expertise,” said Stone. “We piloted the Cvent certification courses and tests when they were first developed, and we actively participate in all beta tests, viewing early adoption and feedback as a critical component of our strategic partnership.”

The company is currently a Platinum Cvent Solutions Partner and holds four Cvent service badges: Event Services, Sourcing Services, Implementation Services, and Onsite Services.

“Our intentional investment in certifications, integrations, and platform adoption enables us to deliver better outcomes for customers,” said Chip Begley, Sr. Director, Event Technology, M&IW. “We value the opportunity to stay closely connected to Cvent’s roadmap and to provide direct feedback that helps inform product enhancements.”

In addition to using Cvent’s sourcing and event technology solutions at the event level, M&IW’s consulting division, Intent Strategy Group (ISG), helps customers optimize their use of Cvent within Strategic Meetings Management Programs.

“The ISG team consistently pushes the limits of what’s possible with Cvent by finding different ways our customers can streamline processes, increase adoption, and deliver against their objectives,” said Angie Duncan Callaway, Sr. Director, Intent Strategy Group, M&IW.

Tina Madden, CEO, M&IW, added, “Our partnership with Cvent aligns with and supports M&IW’s mission of designing event experiences rooted in human connection, elevated by human touch, and powered by smart technology.”
