(M&IW), a global leader in event management and incentive travel, announces the opening of registration for its upcoming LinkedIn Live event, “Executive Strategies for Incentives that Deliver Results.” Scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, at 11:00 a.m. CT, this live, interactive session is free to attend.

Led by M&IW’s Ashley Krueger, CITP, Sr. Manager of Incentives & Engagement, and Sydney Nolan, MBA, CIS, Destination & Experience Design Proposal Specialist, the discussion will center on how, when, and why to incentivize employees in a way that drives performance and delivers sustained results.

Ashley Krueger, CITP, Sr. Manager, Incentives & Engagement, M&IW

Ashley Krueger, CITP, brings over 10 years of experience to M&IW. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, she possesses a deep understanding of the intricate dynamics necessary for companies to reward and recognize their employees, regardless of their size or complexity.

Having started her career in event management, she swiftly progressed to specialize in incentives and engagement. Her tenure encompasses a comprehensive spectrum of the incentive industry, spanning from live event management, digital program management, service rewards, sourcing and contract negotiations, budgeting, and client relations. She recently sat on the International Board of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) where she represents their Young Leaders Program.

Sydney Nolan, MBA, CIS, Destination & Experience Design Proposal Specialist, M&IW

Sydney Nolan, MBA, CIS, joined M&IW at the beginning of 2026. She is passionate about collaborating with customers and colleagues across the incentives and engagement industry and wider business events landscape.

Prior to joining M&IW, Sydney held a variety of event and marketing roles in Dublin, Ireland, and Boston, Massachusetts. Past positions include time spent as a MICE account director at an Irish-based marketing and consultancy firm and in a range of US-based nonprofit and association communications roles. She holds bachelor’s degree in communications from Macalester College and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
