Caledonia, WI (May 21, 2026) — Samantha Robbins Steinkeler, HMCC, MMP, Life Sciences Champion at leading global event management company Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc. (M&IW), has been selected as a panelist for Skift Meetings’ Backstage Briefing “Medical Meetings in 2026: What Planners Need to Know.”
The online event will focus on challenges facing medical and pharmaceutical meeting planners, including compliance, data, experience design, and impact measurement. It will also explore what’s changing and how event organizers can shift from reactive to proactive.
“I’m looking forward to sharing my real-world experience in life sciences event management and discussing the latest strategies around medical meetings,” said Steinkeler. “My hope is that all attendees leave feeling more confident and prepared for successful events no matter what challenges our current environment brings.”

Steinkeler was one of the first recipients of the Certified Meeting Professional – Healthcare (CMP-HC) designation via the Convention Industry Council. She also holds a Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC) and a Medical Meeting Planner (MMP) designation.
