The CMI 25 list recognizes top partners for designing and executing meetings, conventions, incentives, and other corporate events.

Caledonia, Wisconsin (September 8, 2022) – For the 15th consecutive year, global event management and strategy firm Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) has been named to MeetingsNet’s CMI 25 list. The annual list, now in its 16th year, features the top independent meeting-planning companies across North America.

M&IW has been named to the 2022 CMI 25 list of top meeting and incentive travel companies.

“We are honored to be named to the 2022 CMI 25 list,” said Tina Madden, CEO. “It is a reflection of the talent and dedication of our incredible team as well as our commitment to being a world-class organization by driving solutions through unified and laser-focused service excellence. From the rapid return of in-person events to the technological advancements of hybrid and virtual events, we approached the year focused on our core values of innovation, agility, flexibility, and, above all else, quality.”

In the past year, M&IW has continued to expand their services to best support their customers. The internal consulting division, Intent Strategy Group (ISG), recently partnered with Bizly to launch a new small meetings solution called Simplified+. ISG also published a white paper detailing steps to optimize the event intake process. The engagement and creative services division, Flow, released a new multi-dimensional platform called EPIC to streamline incentive and engagement programs.

Internal organizational changes have also strengthened M&IW. After five successful years of the two-in-the-box Co-CEO model, Tina Madden, CPA, became CEO and Jean Johnson, CMP, assumed the role of Chief People Officer. To support this change, Jill Gallagher returned to M&IW as Vice President, Event Management Services, and Missy Peterson joined the People Engagement & Operations team as Senior Director.  Additionally, the Marketing and Creative Services team expanded as a renewed commitment to both Flow and M&IW’s brand as a whole.

In addition to making the 2022 CMI 25 list, M&IW also received customer and industry recognition and accolades in 2022. The organization won two customer awards, the Toyota 2022 Supplier Conference Partnership Award and the Merck 2022 Power of Inclusion Award – Diverse Partner of the Year, and CEO Tina Madden received a 2022 Smart Women in Meetings Award in the Visionary category.

The CMI 25 list is published in the September/October 2022 issue of the MeetingsNet digital edition and on MeetingsNet.com.
